About the position

As a Senior Copywriter, you will join a highly collaborative creative team that values enthusiasm, initiative, curiosity, and kindness. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to create content that resonates across various platforms, from TV to TikTok, in ways that turn consumers into loyal fans. You will have the opportunity to contribute to an already successful national campaign while also pushing the boundaries of creativity to elevate our clients' brands even further. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging concepts from start to finish across all media. You will need to be a connoisseur of cultural trends, proactively seeking out new ones to keep our work fresh and relevant. Building and nurturing relationships with teammates and clients is essential, as collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You will effectively apply feedback from Creative Directors and clients into your creative executions, demonstrating confidence in your work while also being open to letting go when necessary. Additionally, you will offer guidance and ideas to encourage other members of the creative team, becoming an expert in the marketplace of our clients. Humor is a key component of our work, so being able to bring a light-hearted touch to your writing is important. Lastly, you will be expected to complete timesheets on time, as we value accountability in our creative process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging concepts from start to finish across all media.
  • Be a connoisseur of cultural trends and proactively seek out new ones.
  • Build and nurture relationships with teammates as well as clients.
  • Effectively apply feedback from Creative Directors and clients into creative executions.
  • Defend your work confidently and be strong enough to let it go when necessary.
  • Offer ideas to encourage and guide other members of the creative team.
  • Become an expert in the marketplace of our clients.
  • Bring humor into your writing when appropriate.
  • Complete timesheets on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a directly related field.
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to turn strategy into compelling creative.
  • A knack for writing witty and humorous dialogue.
  • Experience in broadcast, social, and digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive under deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years of agency experience as a Copywriter (preferred but not mandatory).
