About the position

This position involves a comprehensive analysis of potential acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions, focusing on financial modeling, due diligence, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall process of corporate development transactions.
• Conduct deal sourcing and due diligence for potential transactions.
• Perform competitive analysis and valuation of corporate opportunities.
• Develop advanced financial models to evaluate the financial impact of transactions.
• Assist in post-merger integration activities.

Requirements
