About the position

As a Senior Corporate Event Manager at TeamBonding, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing corporate team-building programs across various platforms, including virtual and in-person events. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each event is executed flawlessly, providing a unique and effective experience for our clients. You will be expected to manage events from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are coordinated effectively and that client expectations are met or exceeded. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing collaborative relationships with third-party vendors and communicating effectively with clients regarding event details. You will oversee the staffing of lead facilitators and assistants, ensuring that all team members are prepared and informed. Additionally, you will track event and team costs using Salesforce, collaborating with operations and accounting to analyze cost efficiency. Your ability to identify opportunities for process improvement will be crucial in enhancing the overall efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills. You will be expected to support the sales department by enabling sales teams to better understand program options and suggest solutions for last-minute requests. Responsibilities

  • Oversee corporate team building programs using various virtual platforms.
  • Event manage in-person, live events, and nationwide from Stoughton, MA.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
  • Develop collaborative and positive relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Communicate with clients on each event you own including the staffing of lead facilitators, scheduling assistants, and ensuring all staff are prepared.
  • Track event and team costs in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with operations and accounting to analyze cost efficiency.
  • Support sales department and management - enable sales teams to help clients better understand program options and suggest solutions for last-minute or out-of-the-box requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience
  • Must have a flexible and adaptive attitude
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills including exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Software savvy with knowledge of virtual platforms
  • Effective time management and leadership
  • Prior management, event management, or hospitality experience and Salesforce experience a plus.
