About The Position

The Sr. CPFR Analyst at Tyson Foods is responsible for collaborating with sales leadership, internal business partners, and category managers to enhance supply chain and replenishment activities. The role focuses on achieving customer in-stock goals, improving forecast accuracy, and meeting internal metrics related to annual operating plans and fill rates. The analyst will prepare reports, monitor inventory levels, and work cross-functionally to optimize product movement and address supply chain challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or replenishment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with above-average skills in Excel and Access.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, multi-tasking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Kroger preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily business reports/recaps to internal teams regarding in-stock positions and supply chain opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and planning teams on forecast alignment and order management, alerting leadership of trends.
• Review and influence in-stock positions at store and DC levels, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor markdowns and demand forecasts, working with sales managers to resolve concerns.
• Review daily orders against supply plans and communicate opportunities.
• Work with internal partners to manage close-dated or distressed products.
• Manage weekly allocation files to guide product distribution and address overconsumption.
• Support CPFR Buying team with category management and inventory redirection opportunities.
• Identify phantom inventory issues and collaborate with replenishment teams.
• Communicate late truck impacts to the Kroger sales team.
• Assist in root cause analysis for ORAD opportunities.
• Partner with customer service for truck optimization and cost-saving efficiencies.
• Attend meetings with Kroger to support supply chain relationships.
