As a Senior Creative Director in the Brand Innovation Lab team at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in leading innovative campaigns for a diverse array of global brands, guiding projects from the initial creative brief all the way to launch. Reporting directly to the head of the FIRST pod, you will collaborate closely with solutions managers to expand the Financial Services and Hospitality sectors. Your leadership will extend to managing a team of creative professionals, including creative directors, art directors, copywriters, and designers, ensuring that your team produces exceptional work that resonates with customers and meets advertiser objectives. In this dynamic role, you will leverage Amazon's extensive suite of tools and services to craft high-level creative strategies that address the business needs of brands across various advertising verticals, including Travel, Financial Services, Restaurant/QSR, and Retail. You will be responsible for synthesizing insights from Amazon and third-party data to inform your creative direction, ensuring that campaigns are not only innovative but also aligned with customer expectations for seamless experiences. Your ability to think strategically across multiple Amazon platforms will be crucial as you manage complex projects and create tailored content that drives marketing objectives.
