About the position

The Sr Creative Director position is a critical role within our client's organization, requiring a highly skilled individual with a strong background in digital design and advertising. This position is based in one of several locations, including Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, Bothell, WA, or Los Angeles, CA, and is expected to last for 24 months, with a high possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in either an advertising agency or an in-house agency, focusing on digital projects. A Bachelor’s degree in design, art direction, communications, marketing, or a related field is required, along with a strong digital portfolio that showcases the candidate's capabilities and creativity. The role demands proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and the Creative Suite, as well as familiarity with Figma for page layout. The candidate should possess strong typography skills, a good sense of composition, and an understanding of color theory. Additionally, experience with AfterEffects, 3D design, and video production is highly desirable. The Sr Creative Director will be expected to work effectively with supplied key art and to lead a team of copywriters and designers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to a high standard. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain precise attention to detail is essential. Strong verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively convey concepts and solutions to team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Requirements
