About the position
The Sr. Customer Experience Specialist/Service Designer at Compeer Financial is responsible for enhancing the client journey by understanding and mapping client experiences across various channels. This role leads initiatives to gather insights on client needs and integrates these insights with internal processes and technology to improve service delivery. The position collaborates with multiple teams to prioritize changes that lead to measurable improvements for clients and the business, while also offering a hybrid work option.
Responsibilities
- Leads exploratory research initiatives with clients and team members across end-to-end journeys that incorporate both offline and online environments.
- Leads the creation of journey maps for end-to-end client experiences and service blueprints.
- Strategically partners with the research and insights team to ensure high-quality research approaches and data analysis.
- Learns to map processes and value streams to illustrate integration with client experiences.
- Expertly leverages advanced project management methodologies to oversee the entire customer experience process.
Requirements
- Hands-on customer experience expert with technical expertise in CX initiatives.
- Proven track record in running CX initiatives, mapping, and service design.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in driving CX initiatives and process improvement.
- Skilled in creating project plans and meeting deadlines while adjusting to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in leading multi-disciplinary CX projects and engaging diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, agribusiness, or related field.
