About the position

The Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at Gong is responsible for driving growth through targeted upsell and cross-sell initiatives aimed at expanding relationships with existing customers. This role focuses on identifying account whitespace and generating demand for new products within the Gong platform, leveraging multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel expansion programs to capture customer whitespace and penetrate new business units within existing accounts.
  • Facilitate marketing campaigns to generate customer demand for Gong's sales engagement and forecasting applications.
  • Ensure Sales and Customer Success teams have the necessary materials to effectively follow up on marketing qualified leads.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of upsell and cross-sell campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Partner with User Journey, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing teams to optimize in-app channel performance.
  • Aid in the launch of new products by driving awareness and adoption of new features and use cases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, focusing on customer marketing or demand generation in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales technologies, including Marketo, Salesforce, Sendoso, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics for marketing strategy improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills to craft compelling messages that drive customer action.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
