About the position

The Sr Customer Service Associate at Resideo serves as the primary contact for customer returns and inquiries, ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met. This role involves responding to inbound calls and emails, processing returns, and collaborating with various departments to resolve customer issues. The associate will also support order processing and contribute to continuous improvement activities within the organization, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from customers, branches, and vendors.
  • Process returns, including data entry for customer invoicing and order processing of credits, repairs, and exchanges.
  • Handle inbound emails daily.
  • Provide follow-ups on returns and repairs to ensure efficient product handling.
  • Deliver the highest quality of customer service to ADI customers, branches, and vendors.
  • Maintain a neat and clean work environment by organizing work areas and disposing of materials properly.
  • Function effectively in a team environment and communicate well with team members and supervision.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities within the organization.

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Computer skills, including typing proficiency
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
