About the position

As a Senior Customer Service Representative at PNC, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service across various channels. This position focuses on resolving complex customer inquiries and issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also serve as a mentor and coach to the customer service team, ensuring adherence to PNC's core values and commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced customer service activities for a broad range of products and services.
  • Investigate and respond to customer inquiries regarding complex products and issues.
  • Resolve customer service inquiries and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with PNC's core values.
  • Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort.
  • Serve as a coach or mentor to the customer service team.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience in customer service or product knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge of customer experience management and problem-solving techniques.
