About the position

The Sr Customer Success Manager II is responsible for fostering relationships with key enterprise customers to enhance the adoption and value of Henry Schein One's products and services. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor, aligning with customers' business goals, and improving their workflows to maximize product utilization. The position requires strong account planning and stakeholder engagement to ensure mutual success for both the customers and the company.

Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships with C-level leaders to ensure mutual success.
  • Lead assigned named accounts, anticipating and addressing customer needs proactively.
  • Oversee the customer's overall business health in relation to Henry Schein One.
  • Consult with customers to leverage tools and resources for their success.
  • Conduct strategic discovery to uncover business objectives and articulate the value proposition.
  • Facilitate business review meetings, onsite visits, and customer interactions with internal teams.
  • Build partnerships at all levels internally and externally.
  • Predict and forecast risk, renewal, and expansion of product footprint.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Services teams for effective strategy execution.
  • Resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets or other defined targets.
  • Engage in special projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of increasing responsibility in a relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Deep understanding of the dental industry, particularly in relation to Dental Service Organizations.
  • Excellent understanding of customer success business models and products.
  • Strong proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
