About the position

The Sr Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and administrative maintenance for Microsoft Office 365 cloud services, ensuring their availability and performance. This role involves monitoring security risks, implementing email security technologies, and serving as the primary escalation point for O365 cloud services across IT teams. The analyst will also develop and maintain documentation, establish email standards, and coordinate with security teams to address vulnerabilities and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and administrative maintenance for Microsoft Office 365 cloud services.
• Perform extensive mailbox searches to identify and remove potential cybersecurity risks.
• Implement and support Microsoft cloud technologies and services, including tuning and optimization.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for O365 cloud services for all IT teams.
• Monitor and identify security risks and vulnerabilities in the O365 environment and recommend mitigation actions.
• Implement and maintain email security technologies to prevent unauthorized access and malware.
• Create and maintain individual and group mailboxes, mailbox rules, and distribution lists.
• Develop and secure O365 documentation for cloud services and processes.
• Create proposed email-related policies for end-user email utilization and security.
• Monitor and resolve Artic Wolf tickets in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the Security Analysts team on Remedy and Artic Wolf tickets.
• Establish email-related standards and procedures and conduct periodic audits for compliance.
• Provide input to identity management solutions.

Requirements

• Experience administering, securing, and supporting Microsoft Office 365 tenants and associated cloud services.
• Experience working with Exchange PowerShell for scripting and automation.
• Experience with email security layers (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.).
• Minimum three years of professional experience in a similar role.
