About the position

The Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst will provide technical support and administrative maintenance for Microsoft Office 365 cloud services, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. This role involves extensive interaction with various IT teams to monitor, secure, and enhance the organization's cloud services, particularly focusing on email security and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Performs extensive mailbox searches to find and remove targeted emails identified as potential cybersecurity risks.
• Implements and supports Microsoft cloud technologies and services, performing tuning, monitoring, and optimization of these services.
• Serves as the primary escalation point for O365 cloud services for all Information Technology teams.
• Monitors and identifies security risks and vulnerabilities in the O365 environment and proposes mitigation actions.
• Implements and maintains email-related security technologies to prevent unauthorized access, malware, phishing attempts, and account compromises.
• Creates, maintains, optimizes, and troubleshoots individual and group mailboxes, mailbox rules, address books, dynamic distribution groups, and distribution lists.
• Develops, maintains, and secures O365 documentation for Microsoft cloud services and processes.
• Creates proposed email-related policies for end-user email utilization, security, and behavior and submits for approval.
• Works with the Security Analysts team and coordinates on Remedy and Artic Wolf tickets.
• Establishes email-related standards and procedures and conducts periodic audits for compliance.
• Provides input to identity management solutions for the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience administering, securing, and supporting Microsoft Office 365 tenants and associated cloud services.
• Experience working with Exchange PowerShell for scripting and automation.
• Experience with email security layers (i.e., SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.).
