About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic Intelligent Operations Team and revolutionize the way we manufacture windows and doors. As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in empowering data-driven decision-making by transforming raw data into actionable insights through compelling visualizations and robust analysis. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, collaborate with data engineers to build required data pipelines and utilize your expertise in agile methodologies to deliver impactful solutions. Your role will involve analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and providing recommendations that drive operational efficiency and enhance product quality. You will also be responsible for developing dashboards and reports that communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for leveraging data to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Transform raw data into actionable insights through compelling visualizations and robust analysis.

Requirements

  • Experience with SQL and data manipulation techniques.
  • Familiarity with data pipeline construction and data engineering concepts.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
