The team strives to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights that drive business growth and success while continuously innovating and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in reporting and data analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis. This includes aggregating data, creating new variables, normalizing data, and splitting data into training and testing sets. You will need to source data from various platforms, including databases, APIs, websites, surveys, and third-party providers. Additionally, you will prepare standard reports in a timely manner for stakeholders, ensuring that the data is complete and accurate while providing clear analysis. You will also build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines to ensure data integrity and availability for analysis. Developing data models, custom scripts, and specialized tools/applications to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities will be part of your responsibilities. Conducting advanced statistical analyses, such as regression testing and trend evaluations, will help derive actionable business insights. As a subject matter expert in one or more business domains, you will partner with stakeholders to develop tailored data-driven insights and create visualizations that tell a clear and compelling story, highlighting key insights and making complex data more understandable to stakeholders. Moreover, you will utilize version control systems, such as Git, to manage changes to analysis scripts and documentation, ensuring that updates are tracked and previous versions can be retrieved if necessary.
