About the position

The Sr. Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data related to paid marketing campaigns to enhance the performance of the Company's Display Group. This role involves forecasting and reporting on media performance across various platforms, including Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart, focusing on both B2C and B2B campaigns. The analyst will lead marketing strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and utilize data analytics to drive campaign objectives effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes performance of process activities, identifies problem areas, and presents findings in clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries.
  • Establishes standardized methods of recording, tracking and reporting on activity.
  • Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes.
  • Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-6 years related experience with a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in data analysis, eCommerce operations, or product management.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide business intelligence support through repeatable and ad hoc reporting delivery reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc.).
  • Assists in creating and executing product marketing plans with respect to traffic forecast, spend forecast, and sales achievement from marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborates with sales and product marketing teams to monitor traffic forecast to actual and any demand changes.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (Google Analytics, Tableau), Excel pivot tables, and basic functions for maintaining and creating reports.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in developing marketing and sales presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities.
