About the position

The Senior Data Quality Analyst is responsible for maintaining data quality and integrity across the organization. This role involves developing and documenting data quality goals and standards, reviewing data accuracy in the enterprise data warehouse, and identifying areas for improvement. The analyst will work collaboratively with various teams to resolve data issues and ensure compliance with data quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall data quality and integrity across the organization.
• Develop, document, and maintain data quality goals and standards.
• Review data loaded into the enterprise data warehouse for accuracy.
• Identify areas for data quality improvement and help resolve data quality problems.
• Work across functional teams to identify and resolve data issues.
• Perform data profiling and statistical tests to verify the integrity of complex datasets.
• Collaborate with data stewards, custodians, and business partners to define data quality standards.
• Assist the data engineering team in classifying data architecture for reporting tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of working experience in IT.
• 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience.
• 4+ years of data quality experience in a data warehouse.
• 4+ years of experience in data profiling.
• Experience with enterprise data quality monitoring.
• Experience with data migration and data mapping.
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills, especially Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of tools used to support data management including data profiling and data quality.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
• Experience with agile methodologies: SCRUM.
• Working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI).
• Knowledge of SAP modules is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts for data quality.
