Responsibilities

• Designs and develops data solutions that meet client requirements and organizational quality standards.
• Applies data science expertise to improve patient care capabilities and optimize healthcare operations.
• Develops and implements analytical frameworks, key metrics, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Delivers presentations and consultative services on data analytics results and solutions.
• Stays up to date on innovative data analysis techniques and best practices in data science.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with data analytics or a combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning techniques, Python, Spark, and visualization tools.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of experience in information security and designing data science workflow solutions for production environments.
• 3+ years of experience discussing business problems and requirements with customers.
• 3+ years of experience being responsible for the end-to-end creation and deployment of new analytic offerings.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing log, security, and cybersecurity intelligence data.
• 3+ years of client interfacing experience, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
