About the position

As a Senior Data Scientist at Kobie, you will be integral to analyzing complex datasets to derive insights that enhance customer loyalty programs. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and optimize data models, generate predictive insights, and contribute to the strategic growth of our clients. You will work with a massive dataset, directly impacting how Kobie delivers value to its clients through innovative analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to extract insights that enhance customer loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize data models.
• Generate predictive insights to contribute to the strategic growth of clients.
• Develop churn models and chatbots to improve customer engagement strategies.
• Apply machine learning frameworks to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in data science, preferably within loyalty marketing or customer analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with predictive modeling, clustering, and segmentation techniques.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with customer loyalty programs or CRM systems.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experiment design.
