About the position

As a Sr. Affiliate Dealer Enablement Manager at Sunrun, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, developing, and executing initiatives that empower our partner network in Puerto Rico and their Dealers to effectively sell Sunrun's products. This position is crucial for enhancing the overall performance of our dealer network and ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in a competitive market. In this role, you will report directly to the Account Executive and will be responsible for managing dealer relationships, supporting day-to-day top-of-funnel generation and conversion activities, and ensuring seamless onboarding and activation processes. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities aimed at educating, supporting, and enabling Affiliate Partners and their Dealer/Rep network to achieve and surpass revenue growth and profitability targets. You will be tasked with generating and optimizing top-of-funnel activities to enhance lead generation and conversion rates. This includes driving conversions from opportunity generation to customer signature and final order completion through strategic initiatives. Maintaining a strong presence in the field is essential, as you will commit to approximately 50% travel to engage directly with dealer leaders, managers, and representatives. Your ability to nurture relationships within the network will be key to driving successful top-of-funnel activities and conversions. Additionally, you will implement and execute Dealer Playbooks, ensuring alignment with established strategies and goals. You will also be responsible for enrolling dealers in monthly promotions and initiating sales training sessions to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques. As the first point of contact for ongoing onboarding needs, you will facilitate successful partnership launches and oversee the activation process for representatives. Your role will also involve keeping the Affiliate rep network informed of market trends, product strategies, and opportunities for enhanced sales performance. Conducting market and competitive analysis, gathering field intelligence, and providing inputs for weekly sales forecasting will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will provide project-level support and assist in resolving issues related to Rules of Engagement (ROE) and Code of Conduct violations, ensuring that any challenges faced by dealers or representatives are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong presence in the field, committing to approximately 50% travel to engage directly with dealer leaders, managers, and reps.
  • Own and nurture relationships with the network to provide day-to-day support, driving successful top-of-funnel activities and conversions.
  • Implement and execute Dealer Playbooks, ensuring alignment with established strategies and goals.
  • Enroll dealers in monthly promotions and initiate sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for ongoing onboarding needs, training, and escalations for new reps and dealers.
  • Facilitate successful partnership launches during onboarding and oversee the activation process for representatives.
  • Keep the Affiliate rep network informed of market trends, product strategies, and opportunities for enhanced sales performance.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis, gather field intelligence, and provide inputs for weekly sales forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in dealer or affiliate partnership enablement, with a track record of driving successful sales initiatives.
  • Willingness to commit to approximately 50% travel for field engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, market analysis, and resolving partnership-related issues is advantageous.
