About the position

The Sr. Demand Planner at Crocs is responsible for coordinating demand planning activities across the e-commerce business, focusing on product categories. This role involves managing weekly product demand plans, overseeing inventory policies, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on demand reviews and execution processes. The position requires analytical support to inform decision-making and participation in key meetings to represent the Americas sales channel's priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Demand Plan for digital business and adjust in alignment with commercial needs in advance of monthly/seasonal buy execution.
  • Align and coordinate on New Product-Key Product initiatives and Core-Carryover seasonal items with Merchandising and Leadership input.
  • Lead consolidation of category demand plans and summarize for presentation to regional leadership, merchandising partners and inventory planners.
  • Participate in weekly business review meetings, pulling together relevant analysis and leveraging reporting to drive analysis and recommendations for the business.
  • Propose seasonal and in-season stocking strategies to commercial leads to balance margin and revenue generation with optimal working capital levels.
  • Provide analytical support as needed to the cross-functional team.
  • Participate in consolidation needs for the regional demand plan.
  • Lead/Present Demand reviews to cross-functional partners and leadership.
  • Work closely with Global MFP team to understand and shepherd seasonal plans into region-channel enriched plans.
  • Coordinate activity with regional merchandisers to ensure the priorities and focus of the region-channel is clearly assembled in all MFP related tools and updates.
  • Participate as needed in IBP-Seasonal Plan Alignment and other meetings to represent priorities of the Americas sales channel.
  • Own and operate e-commerce OTB process in O9 for assigned category.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with key commercial partners and leadership to align upon final OTB plan.
  • Lead/present monthly OTB to cross-functional partners and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • OTB and Demand Planning Experience is required.
  • Familiarization with Inventory and Service level planning.
  • Experience in Merchant Financial Planning process and/or Integrated Business Planning.
  • Extensive experience and fluency in Excel tools and functionality.
