About the position

The Senior Demand Planner at Jollibee Group North America is responsible for overseeing the demand planning process to ensure accurate forecasting within the organization. This role involves developing effective forecast models based on industry trends, collecting data from various sources, and implementing solutions to enhance forecasting accuracy. The Senior Demand Planner will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to align forecasts with financial targets and address supply constraints and sales risks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the demand planning process to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Develop and recommend effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
• Collect data from internal and external sources on factors affecting demand.
• Implement actions or solutions to improve the accuracy of demand forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture supply constraints and sales risks.
• Align overall forecasts with financial targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in statistical forecasting methods.
• Excellent knowledge of demand planning software and tools (e.g., SAP APO, ANAPLAN, IBP).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
