About the position

The GenStudio design team at Adobe is seeking a Senior Designer who is passionate about creating delightful interactions and exceptional visual design. This role is pivotal in harnessing the power of creation, marketing, and analytics tools through the development of new GenAI powered marketing workflows. As a key member of this collaborative team, you will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of what is possible today while maintaining a focus on enterprise customers, strategic business priorities, and the evolving landscape of GenAI-driven marketing. In this highly collaborative environment, you will drive the visual and motion design of core features within Gen Studio, including home, create, campaigns, content, insights, and brands. Your contributions will set a new standard for visual design not only for Adobe but also for the Gen AI industry as a whole. You will engage in rapid explorations, feedback, and iterations that are aligned with product goals, leveraging your strong visual and verbal communication skills to influence and persuade stakeholders effectively. Your role will require exceptional design expertise and a commitment to quality, simplicity, clarity, and focus. You will collaborate closely with experts in AI/ML and marketing to craft innovative and connected experiences, simplifying complex ideas into actionable plans. As a key member of the team, you will help build an effective and dynamic design culture within the GenStudio organization, connecting capabilities across teams to enhance overall performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the visual and motion design of core features of Gen Studio.
  • Push the boundaries of Generative AI experiences at Adobe.
  • Engage in rapid explorations, feedback, and iterations focused on product goals.
  • Collaborate closely with prototypers and system designers to create intuitive visual experiences.
  • Work iteratively with engineering teams to bring visions and product strategies to life.
  • Contribute to the creative spirit of the Adobe Design team.
  • Blend strong design craft with business intuition to create impactful designs.
  • Co-create with customers and clients to enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to partner closely with prototypers and system designers.
  • Experience working iteratively with engineering teams.
  • Background in marketing, creative, or data tooling for enterprise teams.
  • Proven interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to influence through design artifacts.
  • Excellent design craft with a focus on quality and clarity.
  • Ability to discern when to deliver and when to seek more clarity.
  • Comfort in making leaps from hunches to prototypes.
  • Experience with at-scale workflows, automation, and data visualization.
  • College degree or equivalent practical experience in design, UX, graphic design, HCI, or related fields.
