About the position

The Sr. DevOps Cloud Engineer role focuses on implementing and maintaining secure cloud infrastructure using Azure technologies. The position emphasizes the importance of zero trust architecture, CI/CD pipeline development, and infrastructure security, ensuring that the organization's cloud services are robust and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Implement robust zero trust architecture around identity and access management (IAM) and data encryption to ensure security.
• Work with Terraform and Ansible for orchestration and software installation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Identify and address infrastructure and application security vulnerabilities.
• Set up robust monitoring and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Create operational dashboards for proactive visibility.
• Configure networks with Azure, including firewalls, policies, NSG, and route tables.
• Build Terraform modules for monitoring and alerting.
• Write Terraform code to provision Azure Infrastructure components.
• Support infrastructure and services in Azure, including Storage accounts, Keyvault, and Event hub.
• Create CI/CD pipelines that compile code and include scanning using Sonar and Fortify.
• Create agent pool servers.
• Leverage Ansible and integrate it with Azure DevOps pipelines.

Requirements

• Deep experience in building Terraform modules.
• Must have Azure DevOps tool experience.
• Familiarity with creating CI/CD pipelines and compiling code using pipelines.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Azure Gov cloud.
• WebLogic and Apache experience.
