About the position

The SR DevSecOps Engineer will be a key member of the pipeline team, responsible for architecting, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the DevSecOps Infrastructure as Code and Application pipelines. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong focus on DevSecOps pipelines, along with some development skills to support scripting and configuration issues for product teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, maintain, and enhance DevSecOps Infrastructure as Code and Application pipelines.
• Develop, debug, and maintain DevSecOps pipelines using multiple tools, particularly Gitlab and Jenkins.
• Work with scanning tools to support SAST and DAST.
• Collaborate with product teams to adapt pipelines and resolve configuration issues.
• Utilize security tools for container scans and application scans.
• Build and deploy applications in an automated fashion using pipelines.
• Ensure code quality by working with tools like Nexus3 and SonarQube.
• Work with test automation tools and resolve vulnerabilities.
• Participate in agile processes and report blockers and issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of functional experience in IT, with at least 8 years as a Pipeline/Infrastructure DevSecOps Engineer or PaaS, IaaS Specialist.
• Proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and continuous monitoring operations.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing-based services architecture, technical design, and implementations, including IaaS and PaaS.
• Experience with popular cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience developing and deploying applications using various cloud-native tools and services.
• Working knowledge of other DevOps pipelines.
