About the position

The Sr. Developer Mobility IOS role is a contract position focused on building innovative features for the iOS native application that supports client and customer-facing mobile platforms. The developer will collaborate with team members and technical architects to define technical solutions that ensure high-quality, reliable, and reusable systems. This position emphasizes mentorship, agile practices, and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team working on iOS native applications by helping them identify solutions to business needs.
• Mentor and help mature the agile team in on-time and on-budget execution, while still delivering innovative and efficient solutions for our customers.
• Production issue triage and prevention as needed, release management support from a technical standpoint, and overall backlog maintenance.
• Recruiting, mentoring, and retaining the industry best talent for the team.
• Research and Development of POCs, innovative new ideas for customer interactions with clients.
• Drive work using industry leading agile practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in mobile development.
• Hands-on experience in Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective C.
• Familiarity with design patterns such as MVP, MVC, and MVVM.
• Experience with XCUITest and XCTest frameworks.
• Experience in Swift Packages and Github.
• Strong understanding of functional programming and reactive patterns using Combine.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in agile software development activities, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with additional mobile development frameworks or languages.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Familiarity with cloud services and APIs.
