About the position

The Sr. Digital Channel, Marketing Manager for AWS Marketplace Marketing will lead the strategic and executional efforts to enhance customer experiences across various digital channels. This role focuses on optimizing content and engagement strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall satisfaction. The manager will oversee digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and leveraging data-driven insights to improve performance across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive content and optimization strategy across all digital channels (email, blog, web, paid/organic social media, and landing pages) aimed at meeting brand awareness, discoverability, consideration, engagement, subscription, and retention goals.
  • Analyze performance of digital channels and identify areas of opportunity to develop and optimize content to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Lead aspects of digital production, from planning to publishing/optimization across multiple platforms.
  • Serve as a digital marketing expert, with a deep understanding of various platform functionalities (Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, social media management tools, etc.).
  • Implement and continuously improve best practices for SEO to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies to create required assets/content for all digital channels.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share digital channel learnings and recommend future feature developments.
  • Track and synthesize engagement data across all digital channels, creating comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for team stakeholders. Develop insights and action plans accordingly.
  • Balance project priorities and goals across stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive approach to digital channel strategy and execution.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovative strategies to improve channel performance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience with multiple digital marketing platforms, including CMS (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), email marketing tools (e.g., Marketo), and social media management platforms.
