About the position

The Sr. Digital Channel, Marketing Manager for AWS Marketplace Marketing will lead the strategic vision and management of marketing initiatives across various digital channels. This role focuses on enhancing customer experiences throughout the buyer lifecycle by optimizing content, improving engagement and conversion rates, and increasing discoverability through SEO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in omni-channel marketing, a strong understanding of digital platforms, and a proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive content and optimization strategy across all digital channels (email, blog, web, paid/organic social media, and landing pages).
  • Analyze performance of digital channels and identify areas of opportunity to optimize content.
  • Lead aspects of digital production, from planning to publishing/optimization across multiple platforms.
  • Serve as a digital marketing expert with a deep understanding of various platform functionalities.
  • Implement and continuously improve best practices for SEO to enhance online visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies to create required assets/content.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share digital channel learnings and recommend future feature developments.
  • Track and synthesize engagement data across all digital channels, creating comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
  • Balance project priorities and goals across stakeholders for cohesive digital channel strategy.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Experience with multiple digital marketing platforms, including CMS (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), email marketing tools (e.g., Marketo), and social media management platforms.

  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple timezones and languages.
  • Certifications in relevant digital marketing disciplines (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Hootsuite Social Media Marketing).
