About the position

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager at MagMutual is responsible for overseeing the company's digital marketing strategy aimed at increasing awareness, engagement, and adoption of products among target audiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in B2B marketing, focusing on various digital channels including SEO, email, paid search, and social media. The manager will work collaboratively across teams to ensure alignment with broader sales and go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy across multiple channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, focusing on audience segmentation and lifecycle automation.
  • Create, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creative assets and landing pages to maximize conversions.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms to manage customer journeys and nurture leads.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for digital campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and present results to leadership.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and product marketing teams to ensure cohesive digital campaigns.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive media plans and negotiate contracts with media outlets.
  • Monitor and optimize ad spend to align with budget goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B insurance or financial services.
  • Proven success in developing multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Expertise in email & SMS marketing best practices and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certifications in relevant digital marketing areas.
  • Experience managing both B2B and direct-to-consumer digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
  • Background in industries such as insurance, financial services, or technology.
