About the position

The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager at LG Electronics will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies for the Home Appliances category. This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to enhance consumer experiences and drive brand equity. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated marketing campaigns, oversee content on LG.com, and support new product launches, ensuring alignment with business goals and metrics for success.

Responsibilities

  • Embrace LG's consumer experience marketing strategy built on a data-driven marketing mindset.
  • Work with Home Appliance Marketing Sr. Director to develop, support, and implement best-in-class marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Partner and influence cross-functional marketing teams to plan, develop, and execute end-to-end integrated campaigns across the home appliance category.
  • Lead and oversee best in class content implementation on LG.com across the home appliance category.
  • Deploy integrated marketing communication campaigns across all elements of the marketing mix from advertising to in-store, leveraging Paid, Owned, and Earned channels.
  • Lead commercialization of new product launches, translating functional and technical specs into compelling and differentiated consumer propositions.
  • Develop and manage campaign and new product launch asset toolkits to drive consistency of omni-channel communications.
  • Support brand sr. director on key activities including annual planning and budget management.
  • Report, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns throughout the year to drive actionable insights for future initiatives.
  • Monitor brand and lg.com metrics, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and identify implications, potential business impacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with 7+ years of digital marketing, marketing strategy and/or new product commercialization experience.
  • Proven track record of results in e-commerce marketing communication development and digital storytelling.
  • Experience in developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns, including executing against marketing and business strategies.
  • Experience in marketing campaign development, supporting new product launches, and managing agencies.
  • Ability to develop and present compelling, engaging, and polished PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to distill data and complex business issues into effective storytelling that articulates solutions and opportunities.
  • Manage, coach, and develop direct reports as well as lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines and budgets.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems for project and asset management.
