About the position

The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager at DataDirect Networks (DDN) will lead the digital marketing strategy, execution, and optimization across all organic and paid channels. This role is pivotal in driving growth and positioning DDN as a market leader in AI and data management. The successful candidate will collaborate with various marketing teams to create impactful digital campaigns, leveraging their expertise in digital marketing to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives growth across paid and organic channels.
  • Develop strategies and execute digital plans with campaign, product, field, PR/brand, and alliance marketing teams to meet program goals.
  • Develop, execute, and continuously optimize paid search, paid social, and display advertising campaigns to effectively reach target audiences and drive conversion at each stage of the funnel.
  • Develop and optimize landing pages and chatbots to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Oversee SEO strategies, optimize all demand campaigns, and manage external agencies to ensure we rank for priority topics.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance and paid digital campaigns, using A/B testing and data insights to continuously test and improve conversion rates.
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of B2B experience in digital marketing, either in-house or at an agency, in infrastructure, technology, software or SaaS industries.
  • Extensive hands-on experience directly creating, developing, and optimizing paid Google Search & Display, Meta, X, YouTube, Connected TV, and LinkedIn campaigns and programs.
  • Knowledge of intent platforms (e.g., 6sense and ZoomInfo) and web personalization/optimization platforms (e.g., Mutiny, Intellimize).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (like Google Analytics) for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven experience in managing agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
