About the position

The Sr. Digital Marketing Product Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and communicating the long-term digital product strategy and roadmap for an assigned product portfolio. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership to align digital strategies with corporate goals and user needs, ensuring that digital solutions meet global user requirements and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a long-term digital product strategy and high-level product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams and stakeholders to support strategic objectives and business priorities.
  • Serve as the lead contact and product knowledge expert for digital solutions.
  • Engage in all phases of the digital product lifecycle from requirements gathering to maintenance.
  • Regularly interact with end users and stakeholders to ensure digital solutions meet their needs.
  • Analyze market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Prioritize feature development based on user research and analytics insights.
  • Define and prioritize epics and user stories for new features and functionality.
  • Participate in Agile processes including product backlog refinement and Sprint planning.
  • Collaborate with User Experience and Analytics teams to define user needs and success measures.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify and track risks and develop mitigation strategies with the development team.
  • Encourage team-driven decision making and trust-building activities.
  • Coach Agile development teams to improve collaboration and outcomes.
  • Advocate for the end user and ensure understanding of target audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management role.
  • Experience working with digital systems, analytics, and user experience principles.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to lead and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with a multicultural and geographically dispersed team.
  • Ability to build trust relationships and influence decision-making in a matrixed environment.
  • Track record of leading customer-centric digital product development.
  • Holistic understanding of web and mobile technologies and trends.
  • Analytical skills to analyze data and develop recommendations.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Health care industry and orthopedic medical experience preferred.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology required.
