About the position

The Sr Digital Marketing Specialist at Gartner is responsible for executing and driving enterprise-level marketing programs, processes, and systems. This role focuses on supporting the Marketing team in implementing demand generation strategies through various digital tactics, including paid search, paid social, re-targeting, and display advertising. The position emphasizes collaboration across multiple business units to optimize campaign performance and drive engagement, lead generation, and event registrations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-touch, multi-channel digital demand generation activities.
  • Build standardized campaign implementation plays for clarity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and campaign strategies.
  • Leverage data to identify marketing segments and engagement tactics.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, delivering briefs to leadership.
  • Partner with core centers of excellence for campaign execution and messaging.
  • Expand distribution beyond owned channels through testing and experimentation.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B digital demand generation.
  • Experience in keyword research, ad group building, and campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search, display, and social campaigns.
  • Ability to manage cross-team collaboration in a matrix organization.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a solid understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation tools, preferably Eloqua.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
