Responsibilities

• Assist in managing CTS social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn, using Sprinklr.
• Oversee digital advertising across various platforms and industry publications.
• Monitor SEO and paid search initiatives.
• Measure marketing program success using Google Analytics 4.
• Drive employee advocacy through programs like Comcast Ambassadors.
• Navigate Content Management System (CMS) for website enhancements, form integration, and customer journey management.
• Improve user experiences and personalize digital content.
• Develop skills in marketing technology platforms, including account-based marketing, marketing automation, and Salesforce CRM.
• Lead projects with strong project management skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on projects and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in social media management.
• Experience in digital advertising and account-based marketing.
• Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) for website management.
• Knowledge of SEO and paid search strategies.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4.
• Strong attention to design and detail.
