About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Guy Carpenter will work within a global marketing and communications team to execute digital marketing and social media strategies and campaigns. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with various business partners while being a strategic thinker and doer, focusing on the bigger picture.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guy Carpenter's social channels (LinkedIn and Twitter/X) by developing strategies, creating content, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance.
• Expand digital marketing offerings through complex design and content writing tasks.
• Plan and execute external-facing digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media plans.
• Utilize advanced SEO tools to evaluate web pages, conduct site audits, and perform competitive analysis for actionable insights.
• Contribute to disciplined scorecards and KPIs to measure program effectiveness, service levels, quality, and transaction costs.
• Develop and edit copy for marketing materials, including mailings, ads, surveys, and website landing pages.
• Act as a marketing liaison for the company's CRM and marketing automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications.
• 5-7 years of work experience in digital marketing/communications for a Professional Services firm.
• Experience managing business social sites (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).
• Expertise in Pardot, MPower/Dynamics, MS SharePoint.
• Experience with Khoros, EveryoneSocial, Cvent, and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Proficiency in HTML editing.
