About the position

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Twist Bioscience, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing activities to support the growth of the company's synthetic biology products and services. This role requires expertise in various digital marketing channels and aims to enhance customer engagement, optimize lead generation, and contribute to revenue growth through effective digital strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute, manage, report, and continuously optimize digital marketing activities across Adwords, LinkedIn ads, third party publishers, and email channels.
  • Drive engagement, generate demand, and nurture target audiences in collaboration with product management, commercial marketing, and sales teams.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in delivering the digital marketing strategy for Twist's synthetic biology product line.
  • Provide recommendations to the Digital Marketing Manager on digital execution and infrastructure to enhance customer engagement and revenue generation.
  • Increase reach and engagement on third party publisher sites using targeting and segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Technology and Automation function to ensure proper capture and attribution of conversions in Marketo.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns and channels with a strong quantitative background.
  • Experience collaborating with team members/business partners to develop, execute, and measure integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to help marketing and sales stakeholders understand coordinated activities for generating account engagement.
  • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills to track performance metrics and make actionable recommendations.
  • Experience mapping content and marketing activities to different stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Demonstrable experience in running integrated digital marketing campaigns through Adwords, LinkedIn ads, publisher, and email channels.
  • Track record of developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing and sales activities that grow pipeline and revenue.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with purchase order management systems and activity spend tracking.
  • Experience executing digital marketing channels and campaigns in an E-Commerce sales environment.
