About the position

The Senior Digital Product Analyst at Memorial Hermann is responsible for advancing the digital product and platform, collaborating with various departments to implement digital consumer experiences. This role plays a key part in ensuring that the product aligns with the overall vision and business objectives, while also managing stakeholder requests and providing analytical support.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product team to understand the product roadmap and execute against it.
  • Enhance the product by gathering feedback from consumers and internal users, researching best practices, and developing action plans.
  • Analyze customer behavior and product data to uncover insights and improve conversion, engagement, and experience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems.
  • Provide analytical support to translate requirements into solutions.
  • Support application testing and configuration to meet business objectives.
  • Participate in workflow design and understand system impacts to end users.
  • Stay current with new application functionality and enhancements.
  • Map out digital consumer journeys with the product.
  • Manage stakeholder intake requests and lead partners through the intake process.
  • Collaborate with ISD and other teams to ensure roadmaps are prioritized and delivered as planned.
  • Manage configuration items for designated products for enhancements or maintenance.
  • Prioritize defects in partnership with the Product Manager and ensure resolution.
  • Identify issues and communicate impacts to the Lead Product Analyst and Product Manager.
  • Provide product support to internal and external customers.
  • Participate in internal events to ensure product testing and maintenance.
  • Maintain detailed technical knowledge of assigned applications and products.
  • Assist customers in optimizing their use of assigned products.
  • Participate in after-hours product support on a rotating call schedule.
  • Provide training and support to customers on newly implemented workflows.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or three years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Three years of experience in large corporate systems development and implementation activities in Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Experience in system analysis, design, building, testing, and implementation in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Advanced working knowledge of digital products, application support, development processes, and methodologies.
  • Experience in conducting effective product analysis to identify opportunities for consumer or product experience enhancements.
  • Demonstrated record of successfully concluding tasks and projects.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
