About the position

The Senior Digital Product Designer at Trane Technologies will play a pivotal role in designing innovative digital products for various HVAC brands. This position involves leading design efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality user experiences. The designer will contribute to the development of design systems and engage in user research to align designs with user needs, all while working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and iteration of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products and websites
• Ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and performance
• Facilitate feedback sessions and share work for review with stakeholders
• Contribute to and enhance the development of design systems and guidelines
• Participate in user research and testing to ensure that designs meet the needs and expectations of our users
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and techniques

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of product design work
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Extensive experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Expertise creating design prototypes of all levels of fidelity
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to act effectively with only high level direction
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience in a variety of user research methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to effectively manage relationships and interactions with stakeholders
• 5-8 years experience
