About the position

The Senior Digital Product Designer at Trane Technologies will play a pivotal role in designing innovative digital products for various brands under the Trane umbrella. This position involves leading the design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The designer will be responsible for creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups while participating in user research to align designs with user needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and iteration of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products and websites
• Ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and performance
• Facilitate feedback sessions and share work for review with stakeholders
• Contribute to and enhance the development of design systems and guidelines
• Participate in user research and testing to ensure that designs meet the needs and expectations of our users
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and techniques

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of product design work
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Extensive experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Expertise creating design prototypes of all levels of fidelity
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to act effectively with only high level direction
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience in a variety of user research methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to effectively manage relationships and interactions with stakeholders
• 5-8 years experience
