About the position

The Sr Digital Product Manager I is responsible for leading customer experience optimizations across Chico's FAS brand websites, including Chico's, WHBM, and Soma. This role emphasizes data and analytics to drive business outcomes and requires the ability to prioritize initiatives based on customer benefits. The position involves managing the ecommerce funnel, leading test programs, analyzing funnel analytics, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and develops a roadmap for assigned ecommerce funnel area and provides input on strategic ecommerce and omnichannel business goals.
  • Manages and leads test programs, driving effective partner engagement and planning cycles fostering a high momentum learning and success environment.
  • Analyzes and manages owned funnel analytics, developing a point of view that drives prioritization and learning.
  • Partners with analytics on site KPIs and behavioral outcomes, driving and prioritizing future analytics needs to support future learning.
  • Partners with business stakeholders to build trust maximizing partnership mentality while guiding high business value prioritization.
  • Leads competitive and market analysis, keeping a keen eye on market trends, validating, and translating into growth opportunities aligned to business outcomes and strategies.
  • Manages a current view of technologies related to funnel responsibility, identifying enablers that align with growth opportunities.
  • Builds and manages a backlog, requirements, acceptance criteria that will drive high quality development outcomes.
  • Partners and leads the software lifecycle across developers, QA, operations, product managers, merchandisers, brand, and marketing teams.
  • Assists with mentoring and leading junior product managers, in the direction of SDLC, testing and the orchestration of prioritization through planning, execution and launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required with an emphasis on business, marketing or computer science.
  • 5+ years of Product management experience, ecommerce/retail experience a must.
  • Proven success in leading ecommerce funnel ownership and a roadmap.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ready to direct stakeholders through business evaluation, prioritization, and execution.
  • Testing experience using data to form a hypothesis and define measures of success.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a working knowledge of web analytics tools (Adobe Test & Target, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Contentsquare).
  • Ability to take ambiguity and create clarity to forge a path forward.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a natural curiosity, ability to pivot and lead others in a fast-paced environment.
