About the position

The SR Digital Product Manager at BJ's Wholesale Club is responsible for driving the Distributed Order Management roadmap and enhancing the post-purchase digital experience. This role focuses on supporting the overall digital business, optimizing order management, and ensuring effective communication with members throughout their order journey. The position requires collaboration across various channels to improve member engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Distributed Order Management roadmap to support the digital business.
• Manage the post-purchase digital experience, including returns and member care.
• Develop and oversee cross-channel transactional communication strategies using email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Ensure members have clear visibility into their order statuses from start to finish.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing, ecommerce fulfillment, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in product management, retail, consulting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a distributed order management ecosystem, providing product management support for OMS, Order Routing, Communication services, and Contact Center capabilities.
• Deep understanding of the digital fulfillment ecosystem and online shopper funnel.
• Experience in gathering and transforming business needs into product requirements and developing actionable product roadmaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead, manage stakeholder expectations, and plan the level of effort required to deliver and launch a product.
• Ecommerce experience with a focus on Omni Channel capabilities.
• Data-driven decision-making or quantitative analysis skills.
• Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
