Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a digital product management role.
• Solid understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks.
• Proven experience with employee experience platforms and AI-driven product enhancements.
• Validated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mentality with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
