As a Sr. Digital Products Owner, you will be part of a highly engaged and cross-industry talented team that champions digital strategy and product road mapping for a suite of complex customer-facing digital experiences. You will represent the interests of our customers both internally and externally to support desired feature functionality as well as the improvements needed for various digital properties. Your role will involve developing strong partnerships, working collaboratively, and communicating constantly with SEO and Google data experts, product and brand managers, web developers, creative agencies, stakeholders, and our executive team to collect and aggregate requirements, define user needs, document user stories, develop product roadmaps and requirements, direct stakeholder alignment, prioritize sprints and backlogs, and coordinate the development of multiple digital products. You will work with stakeholders and development teams to define, prioritize, and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements. Serving as a scrum master, business analyst, project manager, and owner, you will lead projects of varying complexity, with responsibility for project budget, quality, and timeliness of project deliverables. You will direct project resources and/or recommend and create internal development procedures and methodologies. Additionally, you will create and communicate weekly sprint recaps and stakeholder communications, constantly documenting, communicating, and collaborating with executives and internal stakeholders to define digital strategy and product roadmaps. Managing the product through the entire development lifecycle, from ideation and planning to launch and iteration, you will foster strong relationships with designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and delivery. Actively gathering user feedback through various methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing, you will analyze data to inform product decisions.
