About the position

As the Senior Director of Washington Operations for the Army, you will play a pivotal role in strategically developing and managing Government Relations programs within your designated region. Your efforts will be crucial in supporting the Company's overall marketing objectives, enhancing the Company's relationships with its customers, and improving the Company's position on key matters that affect its operations and interests. You will be responsible for crafting and managing a comprehensive strategic plan aimed at achieving successful results in government relations and public policy advocacy. In this role, you will work closely with senior business leaders, providing them with expert advice on all regulatory matters and public policy issues that are of interest and concern to the Company. As a strategic agent representing the Company's interests, you will help set the agenda, form the agenda, and shape future agendas that align with the Company's goals. Your ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and influence key stakeholders will be essential in driving the Company's initiatives forward. You will also be accountable for leading and solving complex organizational problems, ensuring that the Company remains compliant with all relevant regulations while effectively advocating for its interests. Your leadership will extend to managing multiple complex global projects, requiring a thorough understanding of policy-making processes and the ability to communicate and negotiate decisions at all levels of government and within the organization.
