About the position

As the Senior Director of Washington Operations for Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in strategically developing and managing Government Relations programs within your designated region. Your efforts will be crucial in supporting the Company's overall marketing objectives, enhancing the Company's relationships with its customers, and improving its position on key matters of regulatory and public policy. You will be responsible for crafting and managing a comprehensive strategic plan aimed at achieving successful outcomes in these areas. In this role, you will work closely with senior business leaders, providing them with expert advice on all matters related to regulatory issues and public policy that are of interest and concern to the Company. You will act as a strategic agent, representing the Company's interests and helping to set, form, and shape future agendas that align with the Company's goals. Your ability to navigate complex organizational challenges and influence key stakeholders will be essential to your success in this position. You will also be tasked with developing long-term relationships with government officials and other stakeholders, ensuring that the Company is well-positioned to respond to emerging issues and opportunities. Your leadership will extend to global initiatives, where you will be accountable for leading multiple complex projects that require a thorough understanding of policy-making processes and the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels.
