About the position

The Sr. Director, Benefits Strategy at ADP will lead engagement activities in collaboration with ADPTS Broker partners for the TotalSource Sales & Service Organizations. This role focuses on understanding market dynamics, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving accountability among team members and partners to achieve strategic objectives. The position emphasizes collaboration, strategic planning, and delivering excellent results in the benefits sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with the Sales Organization, understanding sales quotas and objectives.
  • Coordinate and lead monthly market reviews with broker partners to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with the Service Organization, including holding recurring engagement activities to drive retention.
  • Collaborate with Carrier Account Managers to understand product portfolios and provide feedback on market opportunities.
  • Own the service and sales strategy delivery, ensuring coordinated efforts across brokers and communication with field partners.
  • Support the growth and development of Sales Consultants and evaluate market strategies with brokers.
  • Proactively evaluate data to identify trends and define next best actions for sales and service strategies.
  • Share outcomes with sales leaders to develop strategies and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of benefits industry knowledge and background.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Service partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize resources and foster teamwork.
  • Excellent communication, time management, project management, and change management skills.
  • Proven track record in developing and coaching direct reports and teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Understanding of health benefits and market dynamics.
  • Experience navigating and influencing a sales organization.
  • Knowledge of the PEO and small group competitive landscape.
  • Sales background or experience.
