About the position

The Sr. Director of Business Intelligence and Data Science is responsible for partnering with various business units to provide analytical recommendations that enhance decision-making processes. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for value creation across the organization and managing high-impact projects in areas such as marketing, product, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Be a key player in leadership discussions, creating value by measuring and interpreting business strategies and providing actionable recommendations.
• Lead and mentor a team, building career paths that promote growth and development, and defining processes that integrate analytic insights into the business.
• Lead the effort to foster a fully data-driven culture within the organization, ensuring the BI and Management Reporting team is effectively integrated and delivering insights.
• Collaborate with business leaders and end users to define requirements for new technology and reporting solutions to drive business results.
• Operationalize insights through the development of dashboards, tools, and processes.
• Develop actionable recommendations and communicate them in an easily digestible manner.
• Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working productively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience leveraging data to drive business decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI, and working knowledge of customer data products.
• Knowledge of the Food/Beverage/Grocery industry.
