About the position

As the Director of Creative at AlphaSense, you will lead the development of a dynamic brand, driving excitement in products and engaging with existing members. This role requires a blend of creative vision and practical execution, focusing on brand guidelines and delivering exceptional user experiences across various media. You will craft creative briefs, collaborate with teams and agency partners, and present your ideas clearly while managing feedback effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide visual creative leadership in the concept and execution of all marketing assets including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Influencer Partnerships, Partnership Executions, OOH, Direct Mail, Content Marketing, and more.
  • Define our brand while documenting and crafting guidelines to ensure scalability, maintaining attention to detail in logo, typefaces, grids, colors, and vector artwork.
  • Oversee all design projects from concept to execution/production, including creating print-ready artwork files and animating social ads.
  • Collaborate internally to develop brand content for digital and physical customer experiences, creating immersive brand experiences.
  • Evolve and improve the creative process for efficiency and outstanding outputs.
  • Articulate strategic positions to influence and challenge partners with new creative thinking through storytelling.
  • Drive impact across multiple cross-product initiatives with a complex group of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of creative experience in advertising and creative agencies and/or in-house teams.
  • Experience in creating brand and product campaign work and building identity systems across various industries and categories.
  • Ability to communicate creative ideas through compelling presentations, including detailed comps/mockups in an iterative environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proven ability to work cross-team, lead the design process, and synthesize feedback from stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multitask.
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects.
