The Senior Director of Digital Marketing will drive Grocery Outlet's lifecycle marketing and personalization strategy focusing on acquiring new customers and growing and engaging our customers to drive discovery, engagement, retention, and lifetime value. They will be responsible for building and refining the strategy across all channels including mobile app, email, web, SMS, loyalty and streaming. The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of delivering measurable growth and engagement through testing and optimization. This individual will report to the SVP, Chief New Stores Growth Officer, and have 3 direct reports.
