About the position

The Sr. Director of Digital Transformation in Customer Service at McKesson is responsible for leveraging technology to enhance business priorities within the PSaS Distribution sector. Responsibilities

  • Align technology solutions with business strategies in the Customer Service team.
  • Anticipate business needs and propose IT products and services to fulfill those needs.
  • Conduct business process analysis to transform and improve business performance.
  • Facilitate planning and execution of business changes through technology.
  • Advise business executives on the risks and benefits of technology for competitive advantage.
  • Promote understanding of IT roles and capabilities to the business.
  • Define business and IT performance metrics and track benefits realization.
  • Manage and resolve issues reported by business units.
  • Assist in developing service-level agreements (SLAs) or vendor selection.

Requirements

  • Typically has 10+ years of professional experience in leadership, planning, communication, and organization.
  • 10+ years of IT and business work experience with exposure to technology for supply chain and distribution.
  • Three or more years of experience managing teams.
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, or client management.
  • Experience with program and portfolio management, business analysis, and organizational change management.
  • Broad understanding of current and emerging technology trends.
  • Solid planning, financial, and performance management skills.
  • Ability to perform functional requirements analysis and business domain analysis.
